Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you can expect the following delivery times:

Major cities and metropolitan areas: Typically 2–3 business days
Outlying and rural areas: Please allow up to 5 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (SAST) on a business day will generally be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (SAST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
