• Aura House does not store your full payment card details.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier availability.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email.

• While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

• Returns due to a change of mind are subject to approval and must meet the conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
